  • The membership is $555 per month.

  • Payments are billed monthly on the date you joined. Billing renews automatically each month until cancellation.

  • A 12-month commitment is required. After 12 months, you may cancel anytime with a 30-day notice.

  • You may freeze your membership for up to 3 months after completing the initial 3-month minimum. A 7-day notice before your billing date is required.

  • A 30-day notice (via email or phone) is required.
    If you cancel before completing the 3-month minimum, you will be charged the difference between the regular price ($777) and the membership rate ($555) for each session used.

  • Membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the enrolled member.

  • Unused treatments or benefits do not roll over to the next month. Membership fees are non-refundable.
