These Terms apply to your use of the Skin Rehab Beverly Hills website www.skinrehabbeverlyhills.com or any services or products offered by us (collectively referred to as "Services"). By accepting and using our Services, you are agreeing to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from accessing our website or using our Services. Your acceptance of these Terms also includes adherence to any additional terms, conditions, hyperlinks, or policies referenced within these Terms.
2. PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT
When we refer to "Skin Rehab Beverly Hills," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms of Service, we are addressing Body Galaxy Inc dba Skin Rehab Beverly Hills. These Terms, along with the information found in your membership receipt (if you are a Member) and/or Consent Form (if you are a Member or a Guest), form your "Agreement" with Skin Rehab Beverly Hills. Please note that your Agreement is specifically with Skin Rehab Beverly Hills and not with any other entities associated with Skin Rehab Beverly Hills.
3. CHANGES & CORRECTIONS
You can always find the most recent version of these Terms on our website. Skin Rehab Beverly Hills reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website or by sending you email notifications of changes. It is your responsibility to periodically check our website for any updates to the Terms. Your continued use of our website or Services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Please be aware that there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information on our website, including details about Services, pricing, and availability. Skin Rehab Beverly Hills reserves the right to correct such errors or make changes to the information without prior notice.
4. SERVICES
Skin Rehab Beverly Hills offers a variety of modern and holistic treatments carefully crafted to enhance both your inner vitality and outward radiance. You can find detailed descriptions of our services on our website. These Services include, but are not limited to Angelic Face, Anti-Gravity Facial Skin Rehab Facial, Exosome Therapy, Hair Restoration, EMS Perfect Shape, Endosphères Therapy, BioRePeel and Intimate Rejuvenation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services at our discretion, including adjusting the prices for Services. It's important to note that once Services are used, they are non-refundable. Services can be purchased individually, as part of prepaid packages, or through membership plans. Certain Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
5. MINORS
We do not offer or provide Services to individuals under the age of 16. Minors under the age of 16 are not allowed in our facilities without the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Individuals aged 16 or 17 may be eligible to receive Services with parental or legal guardian consent.
6. MEMBERS & GUESTS
Skin Rehab Beverly Hills makes Services available to both Members and Guests. You are considered a "Member" if you purchase Services through a membership plan and a "Guest" if you purchase Services outside of a membership plan, which may include package or individual Service purchases. Regardless of your status as a Member or Guest, these Terms apply to your use of our Services. Members will also be subject to additional terms and conditions specific to memberships, as described below.
7. APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS
We operate by appointment only. It is your responsibility to schedule appointments through the available channels, which include in-person at our location, by phone, or our website. Once you have booked an appointment for Services, it is considered "locked in." If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment, please do so as soon as possible. For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours we charge 50% of the service total.For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours we charge 100% of the service total (or we deduct one treatment, if you purchased a package). No show and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the total reserved services (or the equivalent of one treatment, if you purchase a package). You authorize us to charge these fees to the payment method on file. We do not extend Service sessions for late arrivals. To maximize your benefits, we recommend arriving early for check-in and preparation.
8. GIFT CARDS
Purchasing a gift card is distinct from purchasing a membership or prepaid package for Services. Gift cards are governed by their own terms and conditions, which may be posted on the gift card itself. Your use of Services purchased through a gift card is still subject to these Terms.
9. NO PETS
With the exception of registered service animals, no pets are allowed inside any Skin Rehab Beverly Hills location. This policy is in place to maintain a hygienic and stress-free environment for Service recipients.
10. LOSS OF PROPERTY
Skin Rehab Beverly Hills is not responsible for the disappearance, loss, theft, or damage to personal property that you bring to our location or its surrounding premises, including the parking lot. We recommend leaving valuables at home.
11. RETAIL
All retail products may be returned or exchanged within seven (7) days of purchase as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Returns for merchandise must be completed at the Skin Rehab Beverly Hills location where the item was purchased.
12. PREPAID SERVICES
Members and Guests can purchase Services in prepaid packages. These packages come with a predetermined number of credits that can be redeemed for Services. Unless specified otherwise, one credit can be redeemed for a single Service session. All credits in a prepaid package are considered owned by you from the date of purchase. These prepaid packages are unique to you and cannot be transferred to others without our express permission. Once purchased, prepaid packages are non-refundable. Credits from prepaid packages will automatically expire 365 days from their purchase date. Unused credits at the end of this 365-days period will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued for unused credits.
13. MEMBERSHIPS
Membership plans for Services are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Your membership will automatically renew each month unless you properly cancel or we terminate your membership, as described below.
Your monthly fee will be charged on the date of your membership sign-up and then on that same date each subsequent month.
Your membership can be canceled at any time by contacting Skin Rehab Beverly Hills in person, by phone or via email. Your cancellation request must be made at least five (5) days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for that month. For annual memberships, a request to cancel must be made at least 14 days before your annual renewal date.
We reserve the right to change the monthly fee for memberships, as well as the benefits and terms of the membership, by providing 30 days' notice in advance. If you cancel your membership within the 30-day notice period, you will be charged the current monthly fee for that month.
Memberships are non-transferable, and the benefits they provide, such as guest passes, cannot be transferred to non-members.
Memberships are for your personal use only and cannot be used by anyone other than the member.
Skin Rehab Beverly Hills may terminate your membership if you violate any part of this Agreement or for any other reason. If we terminate your membership, you may lose all remaining credits and prepaid fees, and we may prohibit you from signing up for a new membership.
To change your membership type or any information regarding your membership, you must contact Skin Rehab Beverly Hills.
14. CLOSURE OR RELOCATION
We may close or relocate our Skin Rehab Beverly Hills locations at any time. If we close a location, we will attempt to provide you with advanced notice and direct you to the alternative location.
15. DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICES
We reserve the right to discontinue providing Services at any time.
16. PAYMENTS
Payment methods for Services include credit or debit cards. Your payment information must be kept up to date. If your credit card or other payment method fails, we may charge any other payment method you have on file, even if the payment method you used is no longer active or no longer belongs to you.
17. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Skin Rehab Beverly Hills has the right to refuse Service to anyone, at our discretion.
18. FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be held liable for failing to provide Services due to an event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
19. CONSENT FORM
You are required to complete a Consent Form for any Service you receive at Skin Rehab Beverly Hills. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information on the form. You acknowledge that Services offered by Skin Rehab Beverly Hills may carry inherent risks, and you assume those risks. Please review the Consent Form carefully before signing. If you are a parent or legal guardian, you must complete a Consent Form on behalf of your minor child or ward.
20. PROMOTIONS
Promotions or discounts on our Services are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be available when the promotion is offered.
21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute arises between you and Skin Rehab Beverly Hills, we encourage you to contact us directly to seek a resolution. We will consider reasonable requests for dispute resolution. You may also be able to resolve disputes through the online dispute resolution platform provided by the European Commission if you are in the European Union. The laws of the State of California govern any dispute or legal claim arising from your Agreement with Skin Rehab Beverly Hills, and you agree that the federal courts of Los Angeles County, California, have exclusive jurisdiction.
22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, copyright, patents, and trade secrets, related to the Services and the website is the exclusive property of Skin Rehab Beverly Hills. You are not granted any license, right, or interest in or to our intellectual property.
23. PRIVACY POLICY
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. You consent to the use of your information in line with our Privacy Policy.
24. SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. We may substitute the unenforceable part with an enforceable provision that reflects the intent of the original part.
25. WAIVER
Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that part in the future.

You agree that we may provide notices to you through email, regular mail, or on our website.

28. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
